Your Employer has contracted with us(HR Communications, Inc.) to provide one or more services. Instead, we provide services to Employers for their Employees. The distinction is important. As an Employee, you will never “buy” anything from HR Communications. HR Communications has been providing printed communications materials since 1987 and web-based communications since 2000. We are independent (not part of a larger company). We are strong believers in and advocates of effective Employee Communications, as is your Employer.

About HRuserHRuser is a Doorway. HRuser is physically located on the servers (computer equipment) of HR Communications and is owned by HR Communications. You should login above, using the Login and Password that were recently supplied to you by your Employer. Doing so will take you to a subdomain of another website called Younicycle and you will be asked to Login again. This may seem inconvenient, but it helps us make information more secure and reduce “traffic”, which is good for you and your Employer. Younicycle is also located on the servers of HR Communications and is owned by HR Communications. Younicycle is a special, secure web-based application that gives you access to specific services (menu). This menu is provided (paid for) by your Employer. This means that your Employer is also a believer in Employee Communications. HR Communications works closely with your Employer to provide content & information.We work together by using our web-based application, Younicycle. Your Employer’s menu has been customized for your Employer. Sometimes projects are personalized, which means they have been customized and contain information specific to you. All information is 100% confidential.

The functionality, current mode (single record or linear), navigation bar, displayed fields, tab order and appearance of this form are controlled by the GYRE. Contact your Administrator if you do not have GYRE privileges or require assistance.
To Edit a Record:
A selected record will have a Grey background.
Place your cursor into a datafield and type.
Use Tab (keyboard) to move to the next datafield.
Press Enter (keyboard) to commit your data. Your background will flicker Green.
To Create (or Delete) a Record:
If your GYRE has been enabled for the Toolbar, you will be able to Create New - or Delete existing records. An 'empty' (no values), temporary record will be at the bottom of your page when your page loads. This 'empty record' is only in your browser - and is not in your target Table. Note - you may need to scroll down for this record to be visible in your browser.
An Empty record will show (examples) 8 of 7 ... 49 of 48, etc in the Toolbar.
Type into your datafields in the EMPTY record, using Tab to move your cursor to the next field. When you are done - hit Enter on your keyboard. This record will flicker Green - and your new record will be committed to your Table.
After you hit Enter - a new 'Empty record' will appear at the bottom of your Browser. Continue the process described above until you are finished.
